Booking Policies

All services require a $50 non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.

Payments are due in full one week before the event.

Payments

Cancellations

Cancellations must be done at least one week before the event for a full refund, excluding deposit. Cancellations done within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Balloons 25-35/hr, Face Painting 10/hr

Services are calculated by time, not by number of participants. Please ensure to book enough time for all participants to be included. From experience, more adults like to participate than typically expected. Extra time may be booked on the day of the event at an increased rate of $150/hr per entertainer, subject to availability.

Time Management

We will make every effort to reschedule events cancelled because of bad weather, however a refund will not be issued. If an event continues through inclement weather and there is insufficient shelter for the entertainers, services will not be provided and a refund will not be issued.

We will make best efforts to reach out to you one hour prior to the event to make arrangements regarding weather. If we are unable to reach you and arrangements cannot be made, our services will be canceled without a refund.
